In Tatarstan near the village of Tura there was a road accident involving a wild animal. Car Haval hit a four-year maral. The blow was fatal for the deer, he died on the spot.

Experts of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Bioresources remind that now ungulates have a race period, because of which their behavior becomes unpredictable: animals often run out on tracks.

The driver now faces administrative responsibility. The penalty for the death of maral can be up to 70 thousand rubles.

The department strongly recommends motorists to be vigilant on sections of roads near forests and not to exceed speed in time to react to the sudden appearance of the beast.
