In Tver stopped the violation of sanitary requirements on the cruise ship

The Tver Interdistrict Transport Prosecutor's Office revealed violations of sanitary and epidemiological legislation and the requirements of technical regulations in catering on a cruise ship.

According to the press service of the Ministry, during the inspection established numerous violations in the restaurant area — non-compliance with the regime and temperatures of storage of products, as well as the rules of commodity neighborhood.

According to the results, the prosecutor made a submission to the shipowner, after the intervention, the violations were eliminated, and the responsible official was brought to disciplinary responsibility. In addition, by the decision of the Prosecutor’s office on the official was imposed an administrative fine of 10 thousand rubles (part 1 of article 14.43 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation).
