In the Tver region, a parent became a party to the case for involving a child in dangerous acts

The Kimr Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office checked the circumstances of an accident involving a minor that occurred on August 15, 2026.

It was established that the motorcycle owner, knowing that his 17-year-old son did not have a driver’s license and safe driving skills, repeatedly allowed him to drive the vehicle. As a result, the teenager got into a road accident and received injuries.

According to the results of the prosecutor's inspection, the investigating authorities initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 151.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (involving a minor in committing acts that pose a danger to life). The investigation is under the supervision of the supervisory authority.
