In the Rzhevsky city court, a local resident was fined for disobedience to the lawful request of a policeman, the press service of the court told.
Law enforcement officers noticed a car moving along the street Rzhev. The man driving the car saw the patrol car and stopped on the side of the road. He waited until the police were distracted to check the documents of other participants in the movement, turned around and drove in the other direction.
The police in the patrol car followed the car. After a while, the man, when approaching the patrol car, stopped at the edge of the carriageway and left the driver's door.
The policeman approached the vehicle, introduced himself and demanded that the man provide documents for the right to drive and own the car. The man, the press service of the court noted, refused to do so and explained that the vehicle was not driving and, since it is not in the car, at the moment the driver is not, so the police officer has no grounds for checking documents.
The man continued to ignore the demands of police officers, after which he was offered to proceed to the official car for identification. Then the man began to push employees, to express obscene abuse in their address, all actions refused to proceed to the patrol car. He did not respond to demands to stop the illegal actions.
After that, the man was taken to the duty unit for identification, where he refused to provide and name his data.
The man in the court session fully admitted guilt in the commission of an administrative offense and repented of what he had done. The court found him guilty of an administrative offence. The man is fined. The ruling has entered into legal force.
