In Vasilievsky district police detained a suspect in the theft of a large amount of money. This was reported by the press service of the GU MIA of Russia in the Zaporozhye region.
A resident of the village of Balki appealed to the police department “Dneprorudnoe”. She said 65,000 rubles were missing from her bag.
Police found out that the money was stolen by a friend of the victim. Taking advantage of free access to the house, she entered and took the funds.
The suspect was an unemployed local resident born in 1974. She confessed to the theft and wrote a confession. An inspection is now being conducted into the incident.
