In Volgograd detained a man who tried to equip a cache of drugs
36-year-old resident of Volgograd got caught by drug control officers when trying to equip a cache of drugs in Voroshilov district
The operatives stopped the illegal trafficking of synthetics. During a personal search, the man was found and seized 16 bundles with mephedrone with a total weight of about 10 grams. The man did not deny guilt and immediately confessed: he intended to make a “bookmark” for subsequent sale.
A criminal case was initiated against Volgograd citizen under the article on attempted sale of narcotic drugs on a large scale (part 3 of article 30, part 4 of article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Now he is detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. The sanction of this article provides for severe punishment - imprisonment for up to 20 years.
