In the Volgograd court sent a case of forgery and abuse of authority
Investigative authorities have completed the proceedings against a former employee of the bailiff service
As investigators found out, in October 2025, the woman, seeking to help her niece to close the loan debt, took into production a writ of execution on the recovery of 167 thousand rubles from a relative. Further, she entered into the documents knowingly false data – indicated that the accounts of the debtor allegedly have excessively arrested funds, and sent to the bank illegal orders to remove arrests.
After the cancellation of interim measures, the niece’s accounts received money – they were enough to fully repay the debt to the claimant.
The investigation is now over. With the indictment approved, the criminal case was transferred to the court for consideration on the merits.
