In the Volgograd region, two women were fined for debauchery in court
In the Frolovsk city court there was an incident that violated the work of the court session.

According to the joint press service of the courts of the Volgograd region, on September 23, 2026, during a break in the consideration of a civil case between the defendant and a third party, an acute conflict broke out.
The women quarreled loudly in the courtroom: they shouted insults, actively gestured and did not respond to the demands of the bailiff to stop inappropriate behavior. Even after warnings about possible administrative responsibility, the parties to the conflict did not calm down, thereby grossly violating the established rules for court visitors and hindering the work of employees.
In respect of both women, bailiffs drew up protocols on an administrative offence. The violators themselves did not appear at the meeting, but in written statements they fully admitted their guilt and confirmed their agreement with the content of the protocols.
The magistrate of the judicial precinct No. 59 of the Frolovskiy judicial district of the Volgograd region found the women guilty under Part 2 of Art. 17.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Each of them is fined in the amount of 1 thousand rubles. The rulings have not yet entered into force.
