However, the “rubber” business lasted only a few days: greed played a cruel joke with the man, and now he has to pay the state a large fine.
It all began in May 2026, when a friend approached a local resident with an unusual request. He agreed to “register” three foreign citizens in his home. In fact, the visitors did not even spend the night there: they lived and worked in an ordinary cafe on the busy federal highway “Moscow – Volgograd”.
For a man, it turned into a bargain. For a one-time registration, he received 10,000 rubles, and in the future he had to remove cream – 3,000 rubles per month from each migrant.
Making papers in the MFC, he received an official warning about criminal liability for fictitious registration. But the desire for easy profit was stronger. Just a few days later, his scam was noticed by immigration officers, who quickly found out that foreigners had never appeared in the house.
In court, the man confessed and repented. The Novoanninsky District Court found him guilty under an article on fictitious registration of foreign citizens and imposed a fine of 100,000 rubles. The sentence has not yet entered into force.
