In the Volgograd region at night introduced a mode of unmanned danger. As reported in the regional chapter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the warning was announced at 23.54 on October 23.
Residents of the region were recommended to take a safe place in an apartment or house, choose a room without windows (sanuzel, a corridor without windows, a storage room), go down to the floor between two capital walls. Also, rescuers urged not to approach the windows, do not use the elevator and stay in a safe place until the abolition of the regime.
On the morning of October 24 at 07.41, emergency services reported an unmanned hazard.
