In the Volgograd region, bailiffs recovered a debt from a woman, disrupting her rest
The woman did not pay the budget of 350 thousand rubles.
A resident of Dubovka paid off her tax debt after her vacation abroad fell through. Employees of the Dubovsky district branch of bailiffs of the State bailiffs of Russia in the Volgograd region recovered from a local resident a debt on taxes and execution fee – the woman did not pay 350 thousand rubles to the budget.
The citizen did not keep funds in bank accounts, she ignored calls to the bailiff. In order to recover debts, the employee of the enforcement body sent an application to the court on the establishment of a temporary restriction on the debtor’s departure from the Russian Federation and, on the basis of the decision that entered into force, issued a corresponding decision.
The woman did not attach importance to the measures taken until she planned a holiday abroad with her family. At the airport, the debtor was informed that the flight was impossible due to the restrictions imposed. As a result, the husband and child went to rest without her, and the citizen immediately hurried to pay the debt in full.
After the receipt of funds to the deposit account of the bailiff office, all restrictions were lifted.
