Voronezh law enforcement officers identify possible victims of a 19-year-old young man who is suspected of several cases of possession of electric bicycles. This was reported in the regional MIA.
According to investigators, in mid-October, the young man saw an announcement on the Internet about the sale of an electric bike Wenbox for 80 thousand rubles. He arranged to meet the 18-year-old owner on Holmistha Street. When the seller was distracted, the suspect got on the transport and left.
Soon the young man was arrested. He pleaded guilty and explained the act by a difficult financial situation. During the inspection, it turned out that this was not an isolated case: the investigation has data on at least one similar episode in the Northern district. Police say there may be more victims.
