After the inspection, the investigative authorities opened a criminal case under part 3 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - appropriation on a large scale. Information was confirmed in the press service of the supervisory authority on Wednesday, October 14.
The sanction of this article is punishable by up to six years of imprisonment.
It should be noted that this is not an isolated case in the region: earlier it was reported about the head of the post office, which organized arson to hide a shortage of 58 million rubles.
