A resident of the Dzerzhinsky district was injured by an eye after a neighbor was shot with an air rifle. This is reported by the press service of the MIA.

The citizen went to the emergency room with an eye injury. Starting to find out the circumstances of the injury, doctors found out that the man was walking down the street, heard a shot and felt pain in the eye. Traumatologists, assisting, reported the injured to the police.

Police officers conducted operational work and found out that the sharp shooter in the neighbor’s eyes was a neighbor injured. Men have been fighting for a long time. Because of this, they felt mutual hatred. One of the neighbors decided to put it simply. Seeing a neighbor walking down the street, he took out his rifle, went out onto the balcony, took aim and fired a shot in the eye.

Police did not appreciate the shot. In relation to the accurate shooter, a criminal case was initiated and investigated under paragraph “h” of Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, committed with the use of weapons”. Air rifle seized. The suspect was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
