In Zaporozhye revealed the scheme of removal of evaders on fictitious disability
The organizer of the scheme for the illegal export of conscripts abroad was a 49-year-old resident of Zaporozhye

In the Ukrainian Zaporozhye police officers opened a network, whose members for money helped conscripts to go abroad. The evaders were given fake disability status. The price tag for such a “service” reached 11.5 thousand dollars. This was reported by local police.
According to investigators, the scheme was created by a local resident of 49 years. It involved two doctors and a nurse in one of the medical institutions. For remuneration, they promised to fabricate medical certificates and assign a disability group, which gave the right to leave Ukraine.
During the searches found and took more than 16 thousand dollars, 19 thousand euros and 340 thousand hryvnia (about 7.4 thousand dollars). Also seized mobile phones, computers, plastic cards, two cars and papers. One doctor was taken into custody after receiving $9,000 from a client.
Three doctors are charged with aiding the illegal border crossing. The maximum sentence is 9 years in prison. The organizer was added an article in absentia about giving illegal benefits for influencing decisions. He faces a fine of up to 5.5 thousand tax-free minimums or up to 5 years in prison.
In Ukraine, mobilization rules have already been tightened: they planned to reduce the deferment for relatives with disabilities, complicated the issuance of passports to conscripts abroad. Forced mobilization involving military enlistment offices has been reported, and Kiev’s Western backers are pushing for women to be drafted. In such conditions, the fake status of a disabled person turns for evaders into one of the ways to avoid conscription.
