In Zaporozhye Dniprorudny revealed theft of mobile phone

In the city of Dniprorudnoye, Zaporozhye region, theft of a mobile phone was revealed. The cost of the stolen device was 45 thousand rubles.

A statement to the duty part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Vasilyevsky” was addressed by a resident of the city of 1986. She reported that a phone belonging to her son had disappeared from the training room. According to investigators, the attacker freely got into the room and took left unattended gadget.

The investigation was joined by operatives of the criminal investigation department of the police department “Dneprorudnoye” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Vasilyevsky”, as well as employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Zaporozhye region. As part of the operational-search measures, the law enforcement officers identified the suspect and brought him to the department.

During the trial, the man confessed to what he had done. The stolen phone was seized and will soon be returned to its rightful owner.

On the fact of the crime, a criminal case was initiated under paragraph "c" of part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the sanction of which provides for punishment of up to five years of imprisonment.
