In the Zaporozhye region summed up the results of the second stage of the operation “Illegal-2026”

In the Zaporozhye region, the results of the second stage of the operational and preventive operation “Illegal-2026”, which took place from October 1 to 10, were summed up.

The events were attended by police officers, representatives of the FSB of Russia in the Zaporozhye region, military police and the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation; force support was provided by Regardie. Together, the specialists examined the trading and construction sites, as well as the places of stay of foreign citizens.

According to the results of the conducted activities, more than 370 inspections were recorded. Law enforcement officers identified more than 140 administrative offenses and registered more than 20 facts containing signs of migration crimes, two of which were prosecuted. More than 23 foreign citizens are subject to administrative expulsion, another 13 persons are prohibited from entering the territory of Russia. In addition, during the operation, it was possible to establish the location of a foreign citizen listed in the interstate wanted list.

The police of Zaporozhye region continues its activities aimed at combating illegal migration and monitoring compliance with migration legislation.
