In Vladimir, two nurses charged with organizing illegal migration

Vladimir IC has completed the main stage of the investigation of the criminal case against two medical workers.

They were charged under Part 3 of Art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, an organization of illegal stay in the Russian Federation of foreign citizens committed by an organized group.

According to investigators, women who held positions of nurses in the medical examination department of foreign citizens, from 2023 entered into a conspiracy with the organizer of the channel of illegal migration.

During the joint operation of investigators of the Investigative Committee, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the FSB, it was established that the attackers replaced the data of the subjects.

The man brought healthy persons for examination, providing documents of other migrants in respect of whom there were doubts about passing the check. Nurses entered false information into medical records necessary to obtain migration documents, receiving for each fact of forgery 1.5 thousand rubles.

During interrogation, the accused pleaded guilty in full. The investigation is ongoing.
