On October 24, 2026, at 16:08, information was received about a traffic accident in the Vyborg district, between the village of Semiozerye and the Kanneljärvi railway station. The driver of the Mercedes lost control and drove into a ditch, after which he collided with a tree. The driver died in the accident.
