Volgograd citizen with a debt on alimony more than 900 thousand rubles found in the Crimea
Employees of the Volga city department of bailiffs No. 2 of the SUFSSP of Russia in the Volgograd region revealed the whereabouts of a man who for a long time evaded the payment of alimony for the maintenance of an underage daughter.

The debtor did not have an official place of work, did not live at the place of registration and ignored calls to the bailiff - in this regard, he was wanted. It was possible to get on the trail of the violator thanks to a request to law enforcement agencies: important information was found in the materials on bringing the man to administrative responsibility.
It turned out that on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, protocols were repeatedly drawn up for drinking alcohol in prohibited places. In the procedural documents, the citizen indicated the address of his actual residence.
Based on these data, bailiffs from Volzhsky sent a search task to colleagues in the Crimea – they promptly established the location of the debtor at the specified address. The man was given an explanation and officially warned of possible administrative and criminal liability for non-payment of alimony. By this time, the amount of debt reached 900 thousand rubles. Now the enforcement proceedings were transferred to the place of actual residence of the citizen.
