With the result, the driver agreed, however, according to police, was very surprised. Now he has to answer under part 1 of article 12.8 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of 45 thousand rubles and deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of one and a half to two years.
State traffic inspection of the Voronezh region reminds: violations can be reported to the duty unit by number 112. If the information about the drunk driver is confirmed, the applicant can contact the police for payment.
