Sentenced spouses from Plekhanovo, a year mocked his child

Leninsky district court of the Tula region sentenced the spouses Konovalov, accused under paragraph "g", "e" part 2 of article 117 and article 156 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation - torture of a minor and failure to perform duties for his education.

As reported by “MK in Tula” in the joint press service of the courts and the police of the region, since May 2025, parents in the apartment in the village of Plekhanovo systematically abused the child: limited food, locked in the bathroom, tied and beaten.

Arriving at the apartment, police found a child with his hands tied, locked in the bathroom, with multiple injuries - he was placed in the social rehabilitation center of Tula. In court, the defendants pleaded guilty. Konovalov was appointed 6 years 1 month of a general regime colony, Konovalova - 6 years of a colony with a fine of 90 thousand rubles.

The civil claim was satisfied: 250 thousand rubles of compensation for moral damage were recovered from each convict. The measure of restraint in the form of detention has not been changed, the sentence has not yet entered into force.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported on the sentence of a resident of Tula, who was sentenced to eight years for causing fatal injuries to her ex-husband. The woman was found guilty. Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, he was sent to a general regime correctional colony.
