During the day on the roads of Buryatia there were 42 accidents: 13 drivers suspended for drunk driving

Over the past day, traffic police inspectors identified 274 traffic violations in Buryatia. Including detained and removed from the right to drive 13 drivers who were driving with signs of alcohol intoxication, according to the Republican Department of traffic police.

In total, over the past day, 42 accidents with mechanical injuries were registered on the roads of Buryatia, including accidents with victims.

At about 8 p.m. in the Tunkinsky district, a 30-year-old driver of a Nissan Terrano car, who was in a state of alcoholic intoxication (the result of the examination was 0.48 mg / l), followed from the village of Mondy in the direction of the village of Kultuk. At 2 kilometers from the HSE tract near the village of Pearl, he did not cope with the management, made a exit from the road with subsequent overturning. As a result of the accident, a 41-year-old passenger was injured, also in a state of intoxication.

In the Bichur district at about 5 p.m., the 44-year-old driver of the Toyota Corolla Fielder car, following from the village of Bichura towards the village of Shibertui, failed to cope with the steering, drove into the oncoming traffic lane and collided with a Suzuki Eskudo car under the control of a 63-year-old man. As a result of the accident, the 62-year-old passenger of Suzuki Eskudo was hospitalized with injuries. The Suzuki driver and two Toyota passengers were released home after being examined and treated.
