The station district court of Tula decided to recover more than 270 thousand rubles from an 86-year-old woman who damaged the gate and garage gate of his neighbor. The decision was made on October 13, 2026, but has not yet entered into force.

As follows from the materials of the case, the incident occurred in August 2025. The woman passed by the site, located in the 4th passage of Myasnovo, and several times struck with a stick on the gate and garage gate of the neighbor.

At the same time, according to the statement of claim, there were no conflicts or hostile relations between the neighbors before.

The examination showed that the restoration of damaged property will cost 349 thousand rubles. The owner appealed to the court with a demand to compensate for material damage in full, to compensate 6 thousand rubles spent on the assessment of damages, to pay 30 thousand rubles for moral damage, and also to compensate the state duty in the amount of 14 375 rubles.

As a result of the consideration of the case, the court partially satisfied the requirements. The defendant recovered 267 thousand rubles in damages and 15 010 rubles of court costs.

The remaining claims were denied to the plaintiff. The court decision may be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
