According to investigators, on the evening of October 22, 2026, a conflict occurred between the suspect and a 37-year-old man who touched his car at a shop on Admiral Makarov Street in Arkhangelsk. In the course of clarifying the relationship, the suspect inflicted several stab wounds on the victim and fled the scene by car. Despite medical assistance, the victim died in an ambulance.
