Detained for a large bribe, the head of the Tula Rospotrebnadzor was sent to jail

The Soviet district court of Tula on October 16 elected a measure of restraint to the head of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor Alexander Lomovtsev.

According to Myslo, he is suspected of receiving a large bribe - at the request of the Investigative Committee investigator, the man was detained. He will spend the next two months in jail.

The day before, Lomovtsev was detained at his house, investigative actions were carried out in the building of the control on Defense Street.

At the moment, the criminal investigation is ongoing.

Lomovtsev held his post for more than 10 years - he was appointed on October 12, 2015, has the rank of state adviser of the Russian Federation 2nd class, doctor of medical sciences.
