Mortgagers from Vladimir accused of drug trafficking

In the investigative department in the Leninsky district of Vladimir completed the investigation of the criminal case against four members of the organized drug group. Depending on the role, each of the defendants - residents of Murom 21, 31 and 32 years old, as well as a 17-year-old girl - is charged with nine episodes. Among them is an attempt to sell on a large scale (part 3 of Art. 30, part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the involvement of a teenager in criminal activity (p. “b” part 4 of Art. 150 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and the maintenance of a dens (part 1 of Art. 232 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The scheme, revealed in 2025, was clearly networked. The 32-year-old figurant, who served as an “advertiser”, received instructions from curators in messengers and involved the rest in the work “couriers”. In December 2025, a minor equipped 7 caches with almost 9 grams of prohibited substances in Vladimir. A few days later, on December 10, three adults, having received a wholesale batch weighing more than 37 grams, laid 37 “bookmarks” in the Cockerels, where the MIA UNC was detained. The main accomplices remain in custody, the teenager is under house arrest. In relation to another defendant, the case is allocated in connection with the conclusion of a contract on military service.
