According to the agency, a local resident took out a metal pipe using a tractor. Later, he intended to use it to build a dam and create a pond. Law enforcement officers seized the abducted at the place of residence of the attacker.
A criminal case was opened against the man (Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He faces either a fine of up to 200,000 rubles, or imprisonment for up to five years.
