According to the Ministry, the woman lent a friend 5 million 153 thousand rubles, but he did not return the money. The creditor appealed to the court, which obliged the debtor to repay the debt, but voluntarily the man did not do this. The bailiff of the Black Sea district branch initiated enforcement proceedings, arrested bank accounts, imposed a ban on registration actions with a 2022 Chery Tiggo Pro Max car and temporarily limited travel abroad. The debtor did not draw proper conclusions.
Then the bailiff arrested the car and warned the man that the property will be valued and sold in debt. Not wanting to lose the car, the debtor found the necessary amount and fully repaid the debt. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
