Last summer, a representative of one of the city institutions appealed to the police station on duty. He said that metal products disappeared from the territory of the organization.
Criminal investigation officers quickly identified the suspect and detained him. The man confessed to what he had done and told me how it all happened. According to him, at night he was drunk and climbed over the fence on the territory of the institution. There he looked after a thirty-liter aluminum boiler, aluminum pots and plate boilers. The attacker threw the property over the fence and hid it in the bushes. In the morning, he returned, took the stolen goods and handed over to the scrap metal reception center, and spent the money on his own needs.
The police seized the stolen property and returned it to its rightful owner. Now the criminal case with the indictment has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
