A resident of Kuban lost 495 thousand rubles after an unfinished operation in an ATM

A resident of the Kalinin district lost 495 thousand rubles after he left the ATM without waiting for the completion of the operation. According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory, the money left in the device was taken by three local residents.

The man put the banknotes in the bill to replenish the account, but left the ATM ahead of time. This was used by the attackers nearby: they took money from the open tray of the terminal and fled, the guards specified.

Police officers identified the suspects and detained them. The stolen 495 thousand rubles were seized and returned to the owner.

In relation to three men opened a criminal case of theft. They face up to 6 years in prison.
