In Rostov, a man got into a report of theft, abandoning a car with an open door. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region, the owner filed a statement on October 14.

Rostov put the car on the street and walked away. He did not lock the salon, as he was going to return soon. According to police, a 32-year-old passerby noticed the car and entered the cabin. He went for a ride and then left the car and fled.
