A resident of the Tver region committed theft during alcoholic gatherings at friends

Before the court of the Tver region appeared 29-year-old resident of the Andreapoli district on charges of theft, according to the Prosecutor’s office.

In June 2026, a man came to visit a friend and her partner for drinking alcohol. At a good moment, the accused took the victim’s phone and transferred about 10,000 rubles from her account, which he spent on his needs.

The man was sentenced to 1.4 years of suspended imprisonment with a probation period of 2 years. The damage caused was fully compensated.
