A resident of the Gulkevichi district got under the case for false denunciation of the loan

In the Gulkevichi district, a 31-year-old local resident said about the loan, but an inspection showed that she took the loan herself.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Krasnodar Territory, the woman came with a statement of fraud and asked to find an unknown person who allegedly issued a loan to her for more than 500 thousand rubles. She was warned about the responsibility for false denunciation, but she insisted on her own.

Verification refuted her version. Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs established that the woman issued the loan obligations herself, and then reported a non-existent fraud when it came time to repay the debt.

The investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Gulkevichsky district opened a criminal case under part 2 of Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Under this article, she faces up to three years in prison.
