A resident of Myshkin repaid the debt of more than a million rubles after the threat of arrest of the site

A resident of the Myshkin municipal district fully paid off with creditors after bailiffs began to seek the arrest of her land. This was reported in the Department of the Federal bailiff service in the Yaroslavl region.

About 20 executive proceedings were opened against the woman. The total amount of debt to credit institutions exceeded a million rubles, but she was in no hurry to voluntarily repay the debt.

The bailiffs limited the debtor to travel outside Russia, and then appealed to the court with a petition for the arrest of land belonging to her. The site is in an attractive investment location.

The prospect of losing property prompted the woman to pay off all debts days before the court hearing. After receiving money to creditors restrictions imposed on her bailiffs were lifted.
