A resident of Sevastopol returned a foreign car, which was taken by a former partner

The bailiffs helped the resident of Sevastopol to return the car Porsche Cayenne, which was taken by a former partner. This was reported in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

According to the department, after the breakup of relations, the man left in an unknown direction on the 2019 Porsche Cayenne, although the ownership of the car was confirmed by the documents of the woman. She appealed to the court, and he decided to claim the car from someone else’s illegal possession. The debtor ignored the decision, so the bailiff of the branch in the Gagarinsky district of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings.

Then the bailiff announced the car in the executive search and sent an orientation about his detention in the traffic police. The man was also warned about criminal liability under Article 312 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, temporarily restricted travel abroad and the right to drive vehicles.

Having learned about the bans from his personal account on the portal "State Services" and wanting to remove them faster, because his daily activities are associated with driving, the debtor decided to return the car. On the agreed day, his representative delivered the car to the owner. The enforcement proceedings are completed with actual execution.
