Resident of Pervouralsk accused of murder of a random acquaintance

In Pervouralsk, a local resident is accused of murdering a random acquaintance, the press service of the GU MIA of the Russian Federation in the Sverdlovsk region reports.

29-year-old previously convicted local resident charged under part 1 of article 105 of the criminal code (murder). The investigation found that on the day of July 18, the defendant met on the street with a 65-year-old man and invited him to his apartment at home on Vatutin Street - to drink alcohol. During the feast, the men quarreled.

As a result, the accused severely beat the opponent and then stabbed him in the neck. From his injuries, the victim died at the scene of the incident. After the murder, the defendant went to bed. The defendant admitted guilt, passed a test on the spot. According to the SU TFR in the Sverdlovsk region, one of the evidence of the involvement of the accused in the crime is correspondence with friends found in his phone. The correspondence is about the method of removing the corpse from the apartment. As a result of the investigation, the criminal case was sent to court.

The head of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk region Valery Gorelykh noted that the defendant in his youth was a promising athlete, a participant in all-Russian competitions, was encouraged by certificates and diplomas. Then he received two convictions - for knowingly false reporting of an act of terrorism and for theft. He served his sentence in prison.

The court sentenced a 50-year-old resident of Pervouralsk, finding him guilty of murdering a child committed more than 25 years ago. On the evening of August 7, 1999, in the Talitsky district, a man kidnapped and killed a 9-year-old local resident.
