Resident of Yurievets district for non-payment of alimony sent to the colony

To such a severe punishment 46-year-old man went long and hard.

He had already been assigned mandatory work, but the court decision was decided to avoid, leaving the district. The man was declared wanted, and after a while he was detained in Moscow.

After that, the Penitentiary Inspectorate appealed to the court with a request to replace compulsory work with imprisonment. The court, taking into account the position of the prosecutor, satisfied the submission, and now the man will serve a year and seven months in a colony-settlement.
