Новым владельцем группы компаний «Леста игры» стал консорциум частных инвесторов АО «Промышленные сооружения», рассказали «Ведомостям» в пресс-службе компании. Это юрлицо стало владельцем 100% ключевых юрлиц студии «Леста» – ООО «Леста геймс эдженси», ООО «Леста» и ООО «Леста геймс Москва», соответствующие изменения уже отражены в ЕГРЮЛе.
