Approved the procedure of competitive selection for entry on the Republican Board of Honor
Prime Minister Oleksandr Turchin signed a resolution of the Council of Ministers, which fixes the rules for conducting a competitive selection for entry on the Republican Board of Honor - the document was developed in pursuance of Decree No. 195 of June 15, 2026.

The Council of Ministers approved the Regulations on the procedure for conducting competitive selection for entry on the Republican Board of Honor. The decree fixing the rules of selection was signed by the Prime Minister of Belarus Alexander Turchin. This is reported by the press service of the Government.
Regulations on the procedure for competitive selection for entry on the Republican Board of Honor are designed to clearly regulate the selection procedure. The document was adopted pursuant to Decree No. 195 of June 15, 2026 and is designed to systematize the process of nomination and evaluation of applicants.
General requirements for competitive selection
The resolution fixes the basic rules of selection among regions, the city of Minsk, districts, cities of regional subordination and organizations. In particular, the procedure for interaction of public administration bodies is defined – they will coordinate the organization and conduct of the competition at different levels.
The conditions under which competitive selection for individual nominations is not carried out are also prescribed: this happens if less than the minimum number of applications is submitted or if applicants do not meet the mandatory criteria. In such cases, redistribution of vacant seats for other nominations is provided.
In addition, the document contains a full list of information and documents that must be submitted to participate in the competition, including the approved forms of these documents.
Features of selection among organizations
Significant changes have taken place in the procedure for selecting organizations: now the competition is held as a whole for the organization, and not separately for its separate divisions. This approach is designed to provide a more objective assessment of the performance of the legal entity.
For a fair assessment of applicants, the resolution has formed lists of indicators that take into account the industry specifics for each nomination. This allows you to correctly compare the results of participants from different fields of activity.
Separately, the procedure for assigning points to applicants is fixed: on the basis of the scored points, a decision is made to enter the Republican Honor Board. The evaluation methodology takes into account both quantitative and qualitative industry parameters of the candidates’ work.
