The court lifted the arrest from the personal property of the head of the IT holding “Lanit”
The arrest of the property was imposed as interim measures on the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office against Alexander Galitsky and his foundation

The Tversky District Court of Moscow lifted the arrest from the personal property of the president of IT holdings - the Lanit group - Philip Gens and co-owner of Aiteko Shamil Shakirov. The recording of the court session is available to RBC, its authenticity was confirmed by one of the participants in the process.
The arrest was imposed as interim measures on the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office against venture investor Alexander Galitsky and the Almaz Capital Partners fund founded by him (recognized as an extremist organization and banned in Russia). The petition was filed by the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).
In March, the court decided to transfer to the state the platform for the sale of cars CarPrice, as well as shares and shares in organizations owned by Gens and Shakirov. According to the court, these organizations were used to finance Galitsky and Almaz Capital Partners.
Daniil Naymushin, the arbitration manager and managing partner of the One to One law firm involved in the case, called the lifting of the restrictions a “positive but belated step.” He said that as part of the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the assets of owners who were not involved in the process were turned into state income. Restrictions were also imposed on their property. At the same time, back in May, the owners indicated that the decision to seize corporate assets has already been executed, so there is no need to keep the arrest on their personal property.
RBC sent a request to Lanit, Aiteko and Philip Gens.
Lanit is a multidisciplinary group of IT companies, one of the largest in Russia and the CIS. Provides services in system integration, distribution, consulting, development of engineering systems and software, IT outsourcing and training. Its clients are Russian Post, LSR Group, State Hermitage and others. The company's revenue in 2023 amounted to 11.7 billion rubles, net profit - 151.4 million rubles. Its founder, George Gens, died in 2018, after which his son Philip Gens entered the inheritance rights.
Despite the absence of the need to preserve the seizure of property, then the court refused to cancel interim measures, says Naimushin. He also notes that the appeal of this decision did not bring results – in July, the Moscow City Court left without consideration appeals of third parties to both the decision on assets and restrictions.
