Gazpromneft-SM creates personnel potential of oil refining industry

Gazpromneft – Lubricants organized the “Best in Profession” professional skills competition in the format of a professional campus. The project was attended by specialists of the company’s production sites, employees of oil and gas enterprises and students of specialized specialties. The event became part of the comprehensive work on the training of technical personnel and the development of the personnel reserve of the oil refining industry.

About 160 people participated in the program. Within three days, they performed professional tasks, solved working cases and exchanged practical experience. Among the professions represented are senior operators, operators of technological installations, commodity operators, compressor plant engineers, chemical analysis technicians and packing machine operators. A separate educational track was organized for students.

Natalia Dvoretskaya, Deputy General Director for Human Resources and Organizational Development at Gazpromneft-SM, stressed the importance of involving students in corporate culture.

The company develops a continuous system of training and training of specialists: conducts courses and trainings, organizes practice and internships for students of specialized colleges and universities, and mentoring for young specialists. In addition, retraining programs and professional industry championships are available for experienced employees.
