Guest complex sold at auction in the Rostov region for 15 million rubles

At the auction in the Rostov region, a guest complex for fishing and active recreation was exhibited. For 15 million rubles, the future owner will receive two residential buildings, a bathhouse, a wing for staff, a garage, several boats and a boat garage, farm buildings and arbors. The facility is located on the shore of the Bay of Veselovsk Reservoir on a plot of 300 square meters.

The main two-storey house with an area of 120 square meters includes four living rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms with a shower and a large balcony overlooking the bay. The guest house with an area of 184 square meters is designed to receive guests: four rooms of three beds, a large dining room, a bathroom, as well as a bath with a coal-wood oven on stones, a swimming pool and a preban. Above the bath there is a second floor with a separate entrance and a large free room of 44 square meters.

The territory also houses a staff wing of 30 square meters with individual heating, a garage of 25 square meters and a boat garage of 60 square meters for several boats with through passage and a slip, equipped with a traction electric winch and two chain winches. For household needs, buildings for growing poultry with an area of 75 square meters are provided.

For the rest of guests, a summer gazebo with a mangal area of 30 square meters, a pool area of 8×7 m with a canopy-pergola and a frame pool are equipped. The reservoir is rich in rams, perch, perch, sazan, bream and catfish - fishing is available all year round.
