In Nizhny Novgorod ended the TV festival "Territory tomorrow", which brought together the creators of environmental cinema from 15 countries near and far abroad, the correspondent of the agency "Minsk-Novosti".

Among the more than 300 works submitted to the competition, the international jury selected 27 finalists. Their films, reports, videos turned out to be the best in terms of depth, quality of production and emotional impact.
In the nomination “White stork”, specially established for video content producers from Belarus, this year the animated eco-project “Secrets of Forest Traces” won. It was created at the Center for Environmental Education and Development by well-known methodologists and enthusiasts Ruslan Shaikin and Victoria Mazanik and is already gaining popularity among Minsk schoolchildren. The creative group has a symbolic prize - "Crystal Drop". The award was presented to the winners by the Consul General of Belarus in Nizhny Novgorod Oleg Shvets.
However, as it turned out in the finals of the award ceremony, this prize list of Belarus was not exhausted. The winner of the Grand Prix of the television festival - "Big Crystal Drop" - was the film "The effect of the reed" of the Minsk studio "Impressive Films" (author - Alesya Litvinova, producer - Alexander Myshalov). This is a detailed and heartfelt story about the efforts of scientists from Belarus and other European countries to preserve the Red Book species - an apparently unattractive, but unique songbird with the gift of repeating the sounds of other winged inhabitants of fields and swamps. The spinning reed is a real ace. It conquers heights to which only airliners can climb, and without “refueling” it can be in the air for more than 30 hours.
The intrigue of the film is the fate of an experiment to relocate individuals from Belarusian expanses to foreign ones in order to revive the once lost population there.
The title of the film was prophetic. Kamyshovka really had an effect in Nizhny Novgorod. She brought the creative group the main prize of the prestigious festival, which has been held for 10 years in the twin city of the Belarusian capital.
