Governor Artamonov presented the graduates of the program “Future of Trade Unions” with certificates and diplomas of the RANEPA
In the Lipetsk region graduates of the program “Future of trade unions” received certificates of graduation

In the Lipetsk region, graduates of the Future of Trade Unions program received certificates of graduation. The documents were presented to them by Governor Igor Artamonov.
In addition to the certificates, the participants received diplomas on professional retraining of the FSBEU VO “RANEPA” under the program “Modern models of management of the trade union organization”. This was reported in the Youth Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Lipetsk region.
The program was implemented with the support of the government of the Lipetsk region, ANO “Region of the Future” and the Lipetsk branch of RANEPA. During the training, the participants showed not only managerial skills, but also mastered competencies in the field of emotional intelligence and communication. They worked as a team and developed solutions for the development of trade union organizations.
The main idea of the project is not just to increase the knowledge of trade union activists, but to purposefully form a personnel reserve capable of taking responsibility for the trade union movement of the Lipetsk region in the future. For the region, this means focusing on training their own managers who know the specifics of the industry from the inside and are ready to apply modern management models in practice. Such programs are also important because union work requires not only administrative skills, but also the ability to build a dialogue with employees, employers and authorities. Graduates who have completed such a school receive the tools to solve these problems.
The Youth Council expects the implementation of project initiatives of graduates and productive work in their organizations. If the solutions developed during the training are implemented, it can give impetus to the development of the trade union movement in the region, with an eye to new forms of work and more active involvement of young people.
