A resident of Volgorechensk complained about the allegedly inadequate behavior of the staff of the registry of one of the hospitals of Volgorechensk. Allegedly, one of the women refused to make an appointment with a doctor, recommending that the woman herself make an appointment through the stomat. This greatly hurt Volgorechenka, instead of making an appointment with a doctor, she painted this situation in colors in social networks.

The regional department of health responded to the appeal (quoted): “The situation indicated in the post has already been taken under control by the leadership of the Volgorechensk city hospital. But it is premature to draw unequivocal conclusions, since it is necessary to take explanations from the second side of the conflict. It is a pity that the author of the post is anonymous, so the question of the correctness and validity of the verification will be difficult. . Medical ethics and deontology require the doctor or nurse to maintain courtesy, tact and professionalism regardless of the patient’s personal emotions, appearance or characteristics (including surname, nationality or social status). Disciplinary penalties (remark, reprimand) may be applied to a medical worker for rudeness or insults in accordance with the Labor Code. If rudeness develops into an administrative offense (insult under Art. 5.61 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation), the doctor may be fined.
