Crimean reproductive therapist explained how chronic stress becomes a habit
Constant tension over time turns into a habit, and a person ceases to notice it

Constant tension over time turns into a habit, and a person ceases to notice it. This was told on the air of “Radio Crimea” by reproductive therapist Alexander Savelyeva, speaking about full rest and everyday stress factors.
According to the expert, acute reaction to a sudden event is different from prolonged stress. Chronic stress surrounds a person everywhere, and sources of constant discomfort can be unloved work, dissatisfaction with wages, difficulties with colleagues or in the family. Gradually, a person gets used to these circumstances and considers them an ordinary part of life.
Additional tension, as noted by Alexandra Savelyeva, supports immersion in negative information. Against the background of their own experiences, people often focus on disturbing messages in news feeds. This helps to maintain stress, even if the person already perceives his condition as habitual.
For proper rest, the body needs time to prepare for sleep. Before going to bed, the reproductiveist advises to abandon gadgets for two hours, and if it does not work, then at least for 40 minutes. In addition, it is important to consider nutrition, because it creates a strain on the nervous system and gastrointestinal tract.
