Crunchy outside and viscous inside - such onion rings with cheese will be an excellent snack for friendly gatherings or a family evening. They are cooked in deep frying and are especially good in hot form. The recipe shared culinary blogger, writes sb.by.

The ingredients
Onions, 2.
Mozzarella - 100g
Wheat flour - 250g
Eggs, 5 pcs.
Breadcrumbs - 230g
Sunflower oil - to taste
Preparation
1. Peel the onions, cut the edges and cut the bulkiest part of the bulbs with rings about 1 cm thick. Separate the rings.
2. Cut the mozzarella in thin stripes.
3. Place a smaller ring in a wide onion ring, and fill the space between them with strips of cheese. Repeat with the remaining rings.

4. Remove the blanks in the fridge for about 1 hour to make the cheese better in shape.
5. Tip each ring in flour, then in whipped eggs and breadcrumbs. For a crunchier crust, repeat dipping in the egg and crackers again.
6. In a small saucepan or sothenic, warm up the sunflower oil to about 175 °C.
7. Carefully lower the onion rings in hot oil and roast until golden crust.
8. Take out the finished rings with long forceps or noise and lay out on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve a hot snack - so the cheese inside will be especially appetizing.
