The ingredients
Boiled potatoes - 2 pieces of medium size. Eggs, 2 pieces. Soft butter - 100 g. Wheat flour - 200 g Milk - 150 ml Dill - 3 twigs. Black ground pepper - 1⁄4 tsp. The ground paprika is on the tip of the knife. Salt tastes good. Soda or baking powder - if desired.
Preparation
1. Rub boiled potatoes on a large grater or knead. 2. Pour warm milk, add eggs and mix well. 3. Sprinkle the flour, add black pepper, paprika and, if desired, some soda or baking powder. 4. Stir the dough until uniform. 5. Add the soft butter and finely sliced dill. Stir thoroughly again. 6. Warm up the waffle-tray. If necessary, slightly lubricate it with vegetable oil. 7. Lay out portions of dough with a spoon and bake until golden. The cooking time depends on the power of the waffle. 8. Put the finished waffles on the grille and completely cool.
From this number of products, 9-10 waffles weighing about 70-75 g each are obtained. If desired, cheese, ham or olives can be added to the dough.
