Named violations in the production of milk in the Novosibirsk region
In the Novosibirsk region, during inspections of dairy producers, Rospotrebnadzor specialists revealed violations of sanitary requirements and technical regulations.
Among the most common violations are the unsatisfactory condition of individual premises, non-compliance with the accuracy of production processes, the lack of personal medical records of employees and the HACCP-based production control program.
The regional department of Rospotrebnadzor continues to monitor the quality and safety of dairy products. For the first half of 2026, experts examined 2756 samples of dairy products on sanitary-chemical, microbiological and physico-chemical indicators.
In September, the court also satisfied the claim of the department to Boltovsky Buttersyrkombinat after revealing violations in the production and sale of dairy products.
Earlier, “MK in Novosibirsk” reported that Rospotrebnadzor checked dairy products in retail outlets in the region and withdrew from the sale of nine batches with a total weight of almost two tons.
